As your counsellor, I will create a non-judgemental and authentic space, where we can collaboratively explore what is holding you back, and focus on moving you closer to the life you want to live. I help people (re)discover their inner-strength and resiliency, while acknowledging the connection between mind and body.

I specialize in supporting adults with ADHD and their family members, as well as parents or caregivers who have an ADHD child/children in their lives. When we have a better understanding of the disorder and its symptoms, we can not only navigate the challenges that often go along with ADHD, but we can also harness the hidden gifts that tend to exist.

In my practice I use a strengths-based approach, while utilizing tools from therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, DBT, and ACT. I am a solution-focussed therapist and will encourage you to play an active role in your growth and achieving your goals. This will help us create a roadmap for your care, and will assist in generating some concrete suggestions or strategies for you to try after our session.

As your counsellor, I will create a non-judgemental and authentic space, where we can collaborati... Read More
