As a first generation Canadian my passion for counselling comes from an innate desire to help individuals explore their concerns from a culturally competent lens. I hold deep respect and admiration for individuals who choose to enter therapy. I have a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and am a licensed RCC. I am trained in using interventions and techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Mindfulness.

My professional journey in social service work spans 13 years in diverse communities with adults, order adults, children and youth, Indigenous Peoples, newcomers to Canada, athletes, international students, and individuals involved in the justice system.
